Studio estimates place North American ticket sales at $63 million for the Halloween weekend, marking the third-lowest earning period of the year. The drop occurred as the holiday schedule pulled audiences away from theaters on Saturday. The weekend’s top two films generated the majority of that revenue, with both titles grossing over $10 million.

“You Can See Everything” claimed the number one spot with $10.6 million from 2,655 locations. The documentary, directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, profiles Elizabeth Holmes. It is currently in its third week of release and has earned $63.9 million in total. The production cost is reported at $7 million. This marks the first time the film has led the box office.

“Clayface” finished in second place with $10.4 million. The Warner Bros. release about the Batman villain saw a 57% decline in its second weekend. Its domestic total now stands at $44.1 million, nearly matching its reported $44 million production budget. The gap between the top two films was just $200,684.

Laika’s animated feature “Wildwood” took third place with an estimated $7.5 million. The Fathom Entertainment title expanded to 3,100 screens, adding 150 locations in its second weekend. The film dropped 39% from its opening weekend and has now earned $25.9 million. “Wicker” followed in fourth with $4.1 million, featuring Olivia Colman and Alexander Skarsgård in a story about a woman who commissions a wicker husband.

“Street Fighter” completed the top five with $3.2 million in its third weekend. The indie film “The Only Living Pickpocket in New York” gained over 1,000 screens and earned $1.9 million, securing a top ten finish. Netflix’s World War II movie “The Mosquito Bowl” made $455,000 across 349 locations, while “La Bola Negra” earned $418,000 from 38 screens in its third week.

The domestic box office has remained up 17% compared to last year, with total earnings reaching nearly $8.5 billion. Final figures for the weekend are scheduled for release on Monday.
