Gamer PC shoppers at Newegg can buy the ABS Stratos II Ruby pre-built for $2,549.99. That price reflects a $450 reduction from the system's list price. The machine combines an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card and 32GB of DDR5 memory.

ABS is a private label brand sold exclusively by Newegg. Tom's Hardware reported on October 23 that this specific configuration is currently the cheapest RTX 5070 Ti gaming PC available on the retailer's platform. The publication predicted the inventory would sell out quickly due to the discount.

The system centers on the eight-core Ryzen 7 9800X3D chip. This processor features AMD's 3D V-Cache technology, which increases the L3 cache to 96MB. A larger cache reduces the need for the CPU to access slower system memory, thereby lowering latency and stabilizing frame rates. While the chip no longer holds the top spot in CPU benchmarks, Tom's Hardware noted it remains very close to the leader. The outlet stated that no Intel processor matches an X3D part for gaming performance.

Graphics performance comes from the RTX 5070 Ti, a current-generation Nvidia Blackwell card. It includes 8,960 CUDA cores and 16GB of GDDR7 video memory. The card targets 1440p and 4K gaming and supports Nvidia's DLSS multi-frame generation. Tom's Hardware indicated that the card can handle 4K gaming with ray tracing in current titles, though players may need to adjust settings in the most demanding games.

The remaining specifications include two 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws M5 Neo RGB memory modules running at 6,000 MT/s. Storage consists of a 2TB Team Group NV5000 M.2 SSD with Gen 4 speeds. Connectivity features Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and Ethernet. A Bitspower 240mm all-in-one liquid cooler manages the processor's heat.

Tom's Hardware described the current pricing as strong for the market. The report cited both the $450 discount and the combination of the 9800X3D processor and RTX 5070 Ti graphics card as key factors in the system's value.
