Acer 27-inch gaming monitor costs $329.99 at Best Buy

The price tag on the Acer Predator XB27OU now reads $329.99. Best Buy reduced the cost of the 27-inch gaming monitor by $50 on October 23, 2026. The discount targets gamers who want to upgrade from traditional IPS screens to OLED technology without a major financial commitment.

The display features a 26.5-inch QD-OLED panel that outputs images at 2,560 by 1,440 pixels. This resolution is often referred to as QHD or 2K. Tom's Hardware notes that this setting works well for mid-range gaming PCs because the hardware can maintain frame rates without excessive strain.

Performance metrics are central to the monitor's value proposition. It runs at a 240Hz refresh rate. The gray-to-gray response time measures 0.03ms. These specifications allow for smooth motion and eliminate the ghosting artifacts that appear on slower displays. The panel also supports AMD FreeSync Premium, a technology that aligns the monitor's refresh rate with the game's frame rate to prevent screen tearing.

Color accuracy is a defining trait of the QD-OLED technology used in the XB27OU. The device is rated for 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It maintains a Delta E accuracy figure below 2. The monitor also supports HDR10 and 10-bit color standards. These features enhance contrast, color depth, and brightness while producing deep blacks.

Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4 port. This configuration allows users to connect a gaming PC and multiple consoles to the single screen. Tom's Hardware describes the current pricing as a favorable opportunity to integrate modern display technology into a setup at a modest cost.

The reduced price is available at Best Buy. Shoppers can purchase the Acer Predator XB27OU for $329.99. The offer remains in effect as of the publication date of the source report.
