TechCrunch will host its Founder Summit 2026 on November 4 at SoWa Power Station in Boston.
Organizers have added six small-group roundtables to the main schedule. These sessions focus on specific operational challenges for early-stage companies. Attendees are invited to bring their own questions to the tables.
Alexandra Ames of Blueprint Lab leads the first session at 10:45 a.m. She will discuss how to approach events strategically without a full-time events team. The session covers choosing opportunities and defining success metrics.
Two concurrent sessions start at 11:30 a.m. Chirag Shah of Define Ventures will address the difficulty of entering regulated markets. Shishir Tewari of Procore Technologies will explain how knowledge graphs improve AI reliability in enterprise settings.
Merve Kitapci of ADIN.AI begins the afternoon at 1:15 p.m. She will examine how to win major enterprise customers before a Series A funding round. Her session references closing deals with L'Oreal and Vodafone. Andy Tang of Draper Associates follows at 1:55 p.m. He will lead a discussion for founders selling products that do not fit established categories.
Linden Tibbets, CEO of IFTTT, closes the roundtable series at 2:35 p.m. He will explore how smaller teams can use AI to increase output without adding headcount. The session focuses on hiring efficiency and structuring AI-enabled companies.
The summit also features main stage sessions on product-market fit and fundraising. Toast co-founder Steve Fredette is slated to speak. A live pitching competition called So You Think You Can Pitch will test founders' stories. A Networking Lounge with Braindate and a closing reception by Fidelity Private Shares provide additional connection opportunities. Tickets are currently discounted by 25 percent, and a buy-one-get-one offer is available for a limited time.
